Was your love for me a lie?
Or just a different truth?
You have found a new light,
That blinds you to me.
With choice denied, in lust you are led
To pathways of mystery, that I care not to know.
As a moth you are drawn, with haste.
Would that your wings would burn
With the fire that consumes my heart.
I am ash.
My loves wish, that you be happy, I find fulfilled with chagrin
Is it fate or destiny? Neither give solace.
You betray because you promised.
