The support group
A support group may not suit everyone's needs but for some people, meeting with others who are living through the same situation is helpful. For others who have lived through this situation and put their lives back together, helping people who have just started the journey is a way of giving back.
The support group
meets every month on the third Sunday. We start at 13.00 and usually sit and
talk for a couple of hours over lunch. The meeting is very informal and the
numbers are usually small, generally about 6 people. A small group means that
everyone has the chance to talk if they wish but also if people want to just
listen and observe, that’s fine too.
Currently we meet
at the Holiday Inn, Flore Hill, Flore, near Daventry, Northamptonshire NN7 4LP.
The hotel is just a mile off junction 16 of the M1 and Flore Hill is actually
